А вот это не нормально.
Я много раз менял в KDE скорость мыша (подбирал под руку, что бы
комфортно было) именно через интерфейс
ControllCenter/Peripherals/Mouse/Advanced и ни разу никаких
проблемм. В данный момент у меня стоит именно 4x.
Плиз - расскажите вашу видюху, версию X, ядро и мыша.
P.S.
Видимо мы с Вами противоположности - у Вас винды всегда работают
а линухи сбоят, а у меня наоборот.
