Да, похоже, что "Весна" только в России доступна. У нас на Украине ее удалось
найти только в одной конторе и по безналу.
Проблем с русской локализацией я тоже не видел уже в бетте. Все, что я написал
относится к украинской локали и установщику. Вот только реакции что-то нет.
Видимо разработчикам это не интересно. Или ответить нечего? :о((
