Не лечится. У них (groupware и internet) принципиально разные
протоколы авторизации и учета юзеров.
Вы запустите licq, натравите ее на имеющийся сервак под NT и
загляните в Menu/NetworkWindow и там вам lisq в доходчивой форме
расскажет обо всех своих горестях. :-)

Знаю, меня то же в свое время достало. Проблемму решил просто -
снес винды нафиг и подсунул их под VMware, туда залудил Аську
групварную, и вот только ради этой аськи у меня эти винды и жили
на мааааленьком виртуальном винтике :-)
