В бинарном виде вариантов нет. А собирать qtez -- непростая задача, причем
результат давно уже, на мой взгляд, не окупает затраченных усилий.
Вообще, мой совет: начать с изучения automake/autoconf. Это действительно
замечательные изобретения. Потом уже с любым toolkit будет проще.
