Но они сами об этом не знают :-))
То есть - при запуске make она отваливается жалуясь на отсутствие
../../include/qwidget.h
коий лежит в несколько другом месте.
А так (после небольших уловок) вроде заработало (примеры, в смысле).

Буду изучать.
Тем более, что Help у Qt designer нашелся там же, просто именно
искомого (designer-ом) файла book1.html там не оказалось (что и не дало
обнаружить путь самому), но симлинк на index.html дал (вроде/пока) почти
приличный результат. "Почти" - поскольку в
Manual->Topics/Index->Contents висит предустановленный подраздел
"Designer HandBook", коий остается пустым.

И после update с ожидаемого CD там же окажутся?
