Hello всем!
Ну и дискуссия тут разгорелась из за сидюшной картинки к
Спрингу!!
:-))
Однако вопрос есть к знатоками GPL:
Есть продукт, сделанный под GPL.
Есть человек который, взяв исходники этого продукта, сделал на
его основе свой, несколько (или сильно) отличающийся от оригинала
и функционально и внешне и т.д. Одним словом взял за основу,
развил и улучшил.
Под какой лицензией будет законным выпустить этот второй продукт?
Только под GPL??
Под любой лицензией, наследующей все условия GPL??
Под любой лицензией??
И второй вариант - человек выпускает примочку к существуюшему GPL
продукту, так сказать plugin.
Какова может быть лицензия на эту вещь??
