Есть нюансы. Например, GPL-код нельзя статически собирать с не-GPL кодом
(например, поэтому нельзя собирать приложения со статическим Qt1, что всегда
так просили пользователи licq, не любящие KDE. Кроме того, даже динамический
подгрузка не-GPL библиотек возможна только в том случае, если библиотеки эти
являются частью ОС (это оговорено как специально разрешение). В общем,
