Hello, All
Тут напал очередной upgrade :) И возник вопрос о железных
raid'ах:
Стоит ли брать $subj или есть варианты лучше? Естественно, в
плане поддержки Spring'ом.

У меня работает. По чисто raid-овым функциям проблем не возникало (как
на чистом ядре, так и на ALT)
- модуль один и тот же.
Что неприятно - при запуске (/proc/rd/c0/initial_status) имеем:
Logical Drives:
/dev/rd/c0d0: RAID-5, Online, 12582912 blocks
Logical Device Initialized, BIOS Geometry: 255/63
Stripe Size: 64KB, Segment Size: 8KB
Read Cache Disabled, Write Cache Disabled
хотя в конфиге (биосе) адаптера кэш на чтение я не запрещал.
Если включить кэш на запись - включится и в ядре.
но только на запись.
