Это известная бага KDE меню в Spring. К сожаления я не знаю первоисточника
проблемы, т.е. как излечить её навсегда. Но есть следующая пилюля. В
/etc/menu/kdebase-basedir
надо раскомментировать первую строку и выполнить
update-menus
Пилюлю надо принимать кажрый раз после использования MenuDrake :(
Впочем проблема с KDE Control Center не является критичной поскольку
все модули доступны из отдельных пунктов меню.
