Вот потому и получили то, что получили! Все демонстрируют свою
оригинальность вместо того чтоб делать то, что требует жизнь.
Как это не прискорбно, но КОI давно мертв. И, по большому счету никому
не нужен. Именно море проблем с ср1251 в Линуксе и тормозит его
внедрение, а не все остальное.
А в принципе, не все там так страшно. Просто тестировать было некому.
Вот и проблемы. Самый кардинальный способ, установите систему заново.
Или просто добавте, доустановите KOI8-что_нужно.
