Блямс! А как-же совет в Alt Linux FAQ для ввода cp1251 в kwrite
использовать
LANG=ru_RU.CP1251 kwrite
??? Это что, обнан народа?
И ещё, я говорю не о koffice (kword) а о kwrite.
