В konsole есть возможность выбора шрифта. Проблема лишь в том, что хороших
моноширинных скалируемых шрифтов с кириллицей, мягко говоря, мало.
Впрочем, можно использовать не-KDE терминал, он не будет требовать
исключительно скалируемых шрифтов. Если хочется красивого -- Eterm.
