Здесь можно описать только какие пакеты _могут_ войти в дитсрибутив. Выбор же
из этих пакетов -- дело субъективное.

Я постараюсь до конца мая описать общие подходы, но это описание не сможет
заменить стандартов -- их все равно придется почитать тому, кто интерсуеся
делом серьезно.
