Здесь уже проскакивал этот вопрос, но ответа что-то я не увидел,
хотя такая проблема как я понял не у меня одного.Так вот:
почему в rpmdrake все пакеты дублируются?

Я поторопился с рекомендацией, посмотрите сначала man urpmi и его
конфигурационные файлы ,
rpmdrake основывается на нем.
