Я бы не стал прямо так не глядя весь свой хоумник от старого Линуха к
новому прикладывать!
Тут надо внимательно смотреть, ведь содержимое многих директорий, с "."
в начале, могло сильно измениться и потерять актуальность, многие из них
создаются автоматически, например ресурсы оконных манагеров, так же как
и многие файлы с "." то же, их синтаксис и содержимое завистит от версий
многих компонентов, и т.д.
Тут огульно нельзя, тут аккуратно и осмотрительно надо!
