Здравствуйте!
25 марта качал с вашего ftp нормально.
26,27-го он уже не соединяет.
Что-то типа такого:
STATUS:> Connecting to ftp.altlinux.ru
STATUS:> Connecting to ftp.altlinux.ru (ip = 62.118.250.7)
STATUS:> Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message...
Потом timeout и reconnect, timeout, reconnect..... :)

А Вы сходите бродилкой на оба ftp, ситуация и прояснится. Перестройка. AEN
сказал - ждите два дня.
