Вряд ли найдется что -то по возможностям и удобству соответствующее
тому, что ты назвал!
А всякого помельче - полно. Это на первой ссылке. По второй - задача
ставится сделать что-то вроде SoundForge.
Но пока это прожект. Правда к нему можно подключиться . Они сначала на
гном ориентировались, потом на qt2, теперь на Моотиф-Лестиф.
Я пока на snd зарядился ;))
