Самое простое - поменять на пару суток имя пользователя на другое. Всем,
кто ему пишет, придет "отлуп" о несуществующем пользователе. Большинство
серверов рассылок прекратят или приостановят до вмешательства
пользователя рассылку.
Но это НЕПРАВИЛЬНЫЙ вариант. Как сделать правильно - я не знаю.
