Возможно конечно что у тя забит трафик
(у меня были такие вещи как какой-то идиот поставил нюкалку и просто
немерянно флудил сетку. Или например зацикленный сервис, DNS).
Кстати большиинство проблем с тормозами бывают связаны именно с DNS.
