в параметрах configure надо указать --enable-shared=max --enable-modules=most
тогда сделается dso и все модули соберутся c как модули dso
а в доках просто пример, как включить любой дополнительный модуль
mod_foo=mod_bla-bla-bla=mod_ta-ta-ta
