дело в том, что я посылал в рассылку два разных письма с промежутком в
некоторое немалое время и второе пришло ко мне обратно как к подписчику почти
сразу. Поэтому я и решил, что первое потерялось и послал его снова.
Спасибо Дмитрию Левину за его ответ! Еще бы достать где-нибудь документацию по
pam, а то все эти debug, shadow, nullok для меня не очень очевидны.
P.S. а если бы кто-нибудь ответил на мое второе письмо про ipchains, то моя
признательность к подписчикам mandrake-russian не знала бы границ!
