Hello!!
Файло это лежит непосредственно в хоумнике того юзера, чья нетскапа
настраивается.
Если для root, значит /root/.Xdefaults
Если для vasiya_pupkin то /'где там у Вас юзеры
живут'/vasya_pupkin/.Xdefaults
