Если бы все было просто ...
Надо разбираться и со spec'ами, и с патчами.
Что касается пакетов KDE2.0.1, то для их сборки под 7.0RE+Apendix, надо
поправить kspell, добавив в него KOI8-R и CP1251 по вкусу (остальное там
сделано) и оставить
из патча kdenetwork только ту часть, которая относится к kmail.
Впрочем, патчи можно и удалить, если спеллинг и частично исправленый
kmail Вам не нужны.
