1 - посмотреть, под каким пользователем стартует сквид
2 - посмотреть права на каталог log, squid и home - скорее всего, где-то
на них запрещено для hobody
самое простое
cd /
su nobody
cd home
cd squid
cd log
где-то на cd вылетит, что прав нет ;-)
