Думаю, надо повесить багу на policykit, т.к. я сам начал тоже искать причины утечек c kded4.
И нашел источник проблем тут:

Баг с policykit(в версии 0.112.7) вроде уже пофиксили, но у нас, похоже, ещё старая версия в репах...
