escputil хорошая утилитка, но она любит получать адрес принтера в
/dev, а с этим проблема возникла после очередного обновления: какой
адрес передавать надо неясно.

С моим Epson C43SX в АЛЬТе 4 с КДЕ3 она работала отлично.
Я сделал себе вот такой ярлык на рабочий стол:
$ cat Ink\ Level.desktop

А вот в платформе5 хочет - показывает, не хочет - не показывает. Как
правило не показывает.
И никто не знает почему. :-(
Хорошо хоть тест сопел и продувка сопел всегда работают.
