По свецификации и у витой пары есть ограничение на минимальную длинну.
А кооксиал в 100 мегабитных сетях практически не используется. Читал
про пару разработок, но не более того. Так что вопрос поставлен верно,
данных маловато. ТО есть, наличие хабов, свичей, полнодуплесной связи,
категория кабеля, качество сетевых адаптеров, и т.д.
