На любом! Мне для начала хотя бы понять, что к чему... Ну, а вообще желательно собрать драйвера для Canon PIXMA MP160:

Которые лежат на support-asia.canon-asia.com
Ну и еще хочется собрать wine :)
С руководством ознакомлюсь на досуге :)
