Zyxel 782M имеет не RS232 интерфейс а Ethernet интерфейс, так что
его дружба с линуксом сводится к тому, сможете ли заставить работать
сетевую карточку к которой вы его будете подключать. Все-таки это
бридж а не модем. На крайняк его и в свич ткнуть можно. Если
линия между офисами нормальная, около 1М вы получите. Если
сможете найти 791R он дешевле и точно лучше (мощнее), да еще и
роутер в придачу.
