Мне, лично, нравится, как это сделано в виндоуз:) две графы. Одна
-- "Формат положительной денежной суммы". А вторая -- "Формат
отрицательной денежной суммы". Напротив этой надписи --
примерчики:) Для русского там "1,1р" и "-1,1р", а для английский
(США) -- $1.1 и ($1.1). Все понятно, и звучит по-русски:) Локали,
правда, редактировать под себя не так удобно (но тоже можно:),
но, может это и не нужно..:)
