Добрый день.
Подскажите, как собрать пакет с помощью qmake?
В 2019-м году kdevelop-qmake был удалён из Сизифа:
https://packages.altlinux.org/ru/sisyphus/srpms/kdevelop-qmake/
$ apf search /usr/bin/qmake | wc -l
0
Мне это нужно для сборки пакета semantik (kdissert),
аналога vym, freemind, minder.

Написать в pro-файле команды для сборки пакета при помощи RPM [1].
Сам qmake пакеты собирать не умеет.
