прокси и так уж стоит и настроен по ip адресам.
авторизация - это конечно хорошо, но как ее увязать
с проксями. она ведь будет проводиться через самбу.
или я чего-то не понимаю? можно ссылку или чуть подробнее.

надо не только это, мало ли через какие средства можно
качать файлы. в идеале можно было конечно еще и почту
посчитать, но это уже не так важно.
