Здравствуйте!
Использую Simply p10 32-bit на старом компе - процессор Atom без
поддержки 64-bit, но есть видео от nvidia со своими gpu и видеопамятью.
Использую этот неттоп как медиастанцию (кино, тв, youtube через smtube
и mpv).
Однажды решил поставить Firefox старый, ибо что-то с новыми
версиями (110, не -esr) какие-то засады начались. Брал с сайта,
отодвигал, не удаляя, альтовский вариант, клал в /opt, делал симлинк и
вперед.
Затем все же, увидев на других своих компах, что есть уже версия 114
(кажется), решил вернуть альтовский пакет и обновить его с 110 до 114.
А Firefox (не -esr) и нет теперь в репо 32-bit..
Вопрос - почему?
Ну хорошо, если решили не поддерживать 32-разрядную версию, бог с вами,
но удалять последнюю версию зачем?

Нет FF (не -esr).. Даже последней версии, которая была.
P.S. Вообще, грустная тенденция.. 32-разрядных компов еще много на
руках, однако искусственно это все закрывается.. Чего стоит
исчезновение ядра std-smp из репо. В итоге на вышеупомянутом компе из 4
гб видится лишь 3. Я буквально чуть не успел, купил память для этого
неттопа и только собрался ставить другое ядро - а его уж и нет (это
было примерно год с чем-то назад).
