Если поможет и вспомните -- по возможности маякните сюда же.
Если не поможет -- тем более пишите. Такое вряд ли именно
из-за битых бинарников или конфигов, больше похоже на проблему
или видеодрайвера, или WM (и тогда их надо исправлять).
