(вкратце: "больше гигабайта => нужно 64-битное адресное пространство")
и если его устроит, то я бы "большие" сборки для i586 опять убрал,
тем более что с std-pae мы их выпускать не будем (оно хуже std-def
поддерживается ровно по той причине, что PAE -- изначально костыль),
а без него это лишние гигабайты на сервере ради смущения людей.
Ну и в совсем уж специфических случаях есть прямой смысл
осваивать сборку образов, благо это несложно, особенно когда
всё готово и осталось сказать make regular-kde5.iso :)
