Видимо, это никому не интересно.
Также с charset=unknown-8bit в multipart/mixed теперь генерируются
письма про тему misassigned_bugs.

До этого кодировка была koi8-r. Последнее нормальное письмо было
неделю назад.
Итого.
Что-то сломалось начиная с этого понедельника. Раньше в письмах
кодировка была koi8-r. Сейчас стала utf-8, но почему-то выставляется
charset=unknown-8bit.
Причём, это только в multipart/mixed. А вот другие письма от cybertalk@
c text/plain по-прежнему идут c charset="koi8-r".
Повесить баг? На что?
