Я брал рус-англ на http://abloz.com/huzheng/stardict-dic/ , правда сейчас
он не открывается, но вот в архиве некоторые словари доступны (например,
скачал на пробу рус-польск по ссылке
http://web.archive.org/web/20140428004016/http://abloz.com/huzheng/stardict-dic/mova.org/stardict-dictd_www.mova.org_slovnyk_ru-pl-2.4.2.tar.bz2 ), а если взять за адрес
название папки, то можно выйти на http://dict.mova.org/dicts/ , где этот же
словарь лежит в нормальном виде. В Misc есть правописание польского, а вообще
надо глянуть внимательно по ссылкам.
