Во-первых, снимите в настройках галочку "отправлять отчеты" и проверьте без неё;
во-вторых, в меню "Справка" есть пункт "Перезапустить без дополнений",
то есть отключить все плагины.
Если будет опять тормозить -- тогда уже искать проблему.
У меня 29-я версия падала на AJAX-запросах, отключил плагины --
перестала. Сейчас перебираю комбинации плагинов, чтобы выявить
виновника.
