Здравствуйте, не могу загрузить в Chromium не одного файла на
yotube и подобные серера:

Если беру Старткит, или создаю нового пользователя, то такого
нет. Где копать?
TDE, всё обновлено до последней версии p7 (впрочем на Сизифе
то-же самое было, пока не попрятал настройки TDE, а на ноуте
хочется обойтись игольчатым ударом).
