Право на распространение выдано, но мне не вполне понятно,
насколько оно полезно в сочетании с "non-transferable" выше.

А здесь говорят о _re_distribution...

В идеале хорошо бы у них и уточнить -- можно ли класть
в публично и бесплатно доступный репозиторий пакетов.
