Для начала дождитесь ядра 3.0.44 . Там было какое-то похожее исправление.

Кстати, можно взять пакет из сизифа (должен подойти,
это noarch scripts) и проверить -- нормально ли обрабатывает,
в смысле, чтоб _не_ пытался ничего грузить.
