По всем исходникам судя, это должен быть
/etc/net/ifaces/wlan0/wpa_supplicant.conf. Если его нет, а всё
работает, посмотрите на командную строку wpa_supplicant, например
$ ps aux | grep wpa
Там должен быть путь к конфигу после опции -c. Если его нет, то у Вас
что-то очень сильно сломалось, и скорее всего используется
/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf.
