Да, но лучше так не делать.

Если интересно, поищите письма akhavr@ в районе 2005--2006 года,
он делал такой переезд. Сам именно таким не занимался, но однажды
перетаскивал сервер "на горячую" с минимальным даунтаймом xinetd
с RH7.3 на ALM2.0 (характер действий примерно схож) и больше такого
не повторял, всё-таки слишком уж резко приходится орудовать.
