Соединения пользователя NM сам не хранит (во всяком случае в версии
0.8.x). Гномий nm-applet хранит их в gconf, где хранит плазмоид - не в
курсе.
System wide соединения (которые помечаются как "Доступны всем
пользователям") хранятся в /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/.
