Известный глюк версий 3.4 и 4.5. Перед печатью нужно:
Файл-Настройки принтера-Свойства, вкладка Устройство, Тип языка
поменяйте с PDF на PS Менять нужно каждый раз перед печатью.
Ошибка в CUPS. Ждем пока Apple поправит.
