Тоже порадовал симпли, только в другом аспекте. Попал в мои руки некий
noname нетбук и для проверки совместимости с Linux я решил воткнуть на
него Ubuntu 11.10.
Результат:
- тачпад не завелся из коробки (там тачпад похоже imps/2 мышку эмулирует)
- видео intel gma 3150 - проблемы эпического масштаба (от черного
экрана до неправильного разрешения в лучшем случае)
- wifi подключается только если передернуть аппаратным rfkill'ом его
- bluetooth адаптер не обнаружен
Решил на всякий случай ещё и симпли попробовать, результат: всё работает!
Единственная претензия, которая у меня была к симпли - на одном из
ноутбуков не завелся из коробки wifi, оказалось что ralink firmware не
установлены (судя по всему, т.к. это бинарные компоненты без исходного
кода). Просто до этого с отсутствием фирмвари из коробки я сталкивался
только в абсолютно чистом Trisquel.

Это какой пакет? Скорее всего получится добавить в следующей сборке
даже на CD, там сейчас есть еще немного места.
