Получил файл созданный в Corel.
Пробовал открыть в Инкскейп, открывается но как-то частью. Надписи выдны, а
картинки нет. Чем можно открыть такой файл ещё?
Буду признателен за помощь.

Попробуйте
sK1 - Vector graphics editor
Но гарантий, что всё откроет - нет. См.
