Возможно, грабли в USB1/USB2 -- попробуйте выгрузить ehci_hcd
и подключить при загруженном только uhci_hcd либо ohci_hcd
(у меня нередко ни один из них не загружен с целью экономии
остатков батарейки -- припоминается, что 6303c монтировалась
как Mass storage при использовании uhci_hcd, бишь USB1.1).
Разумеется, фотографии пишутся на карточку, а не на встроенные
мегабайты.
