Ок. В этом самом plasma-applet-networkmanager действительно есть
knetworkmanager, который запускается и работает. Однако, есть одно но. Если по
каким-либо причинам выключено управление сетью с помощью NM (например снятием
соотв. галки в меню по правой кнопке у nm-applet, хотя могут быть и другие
причины), то с помощью knetworkmanager включить его обратно уже никак
невозможно. Просто пишет, что-то типа что сеть отключена, точно не помню и ни
меню ни вариантов нет. Приходится ставить NetworkManager-gnome, запускать nm-
applet и возвертать галку на место. Это недоработка в knetworkmanager или я
что-то не понял?
