Тебе не надо oss как таковое, тебе нужен пакет alsa-oss (стоит?).
А точнее эмуляция oss через alsa.
Миша показывал такое, ты себе rpm'ку сделал.
У меня xdtv требует /dev/mixer. Ну так по тому письму и сделал это
самое /dev/mixer ...
